It took two years, but Penn finally got some help in the form of meaningful conference tournament upsets when Albany took down Vermont and Miami of Ohio shocked Akron at the buzzer. These results give the Quakers a shot at a 13 seed, though as we discussed, there are a number of other teams with designs on that final 13. There are really only a handful of games today that can affect Penn’s seeding, and none in a major way, but we’re getting a clearer picture of the Quakers’ opponent.
